Our core service

AI that works inside your business.

Custom AI assistants, agents and internal systems built around your knowledge, tools and workflows. From a focused pilot to integration and ongoing support.

The gap worth closing.

A general chatbot does not know your operating process, your source of truth or who may approve a decision. Teams need a dependable way to put AI to work inside the business, with less copying between tools and clearer ownership.

Our approach

We map one valuable workflow, establish the information and permissions it needs, and build a system your team can test. The model is one component. Integrations, evaluation, approval points and support make the system usable.

Deliverables

What we build.

01

Discovery & system design

A defined workflow, business baseline, source map and scope with clear acceptance criteria.

02

Assistants, agents & integrations

Knowledge assistants with sources, document-processing tools and bounded agents connected to approved business systems.

03

Evaluation & controlled rollout

Representative test cases, permissions, human review, failure handling and a pilot with the people who will use it.

04

Handover & ongoing support

Operating documentation, team onboarding, monitoring and an agreed support plan for model, source and workflow changes.

Proof

Measure the right things.

Evidence before claims

Agree the baseline.
Show what changed.

Task completion quality, preparation and review time, exception rates, cost per completed task and team adoption. Compare the whole workflow with its baseline before claiming a return.

Client results will be published with their scope, measurement period and permission. No client performance figures are claimed here.

How we document outcomes

Process

A clear way forward.

  1. Understand

Review your current position, customer journey and the evidence available.

  2. Build

Agree priorities, scope and responsibilities. Implement and test the work.

  3. Improve

Review the agreed measures and use what we learn to guide the next step.

Good questions

Before we talk.

What can you build?

Examples include internal knowledge assistants, document and meeting processing, account briefings and AI-supported CRM workflows. We define the exact task and integrations before committing to a scope.

Do we need an autonomous agent?

Not necessarily. A defined workflow or assistant may be easier to test and operate. We use autonomy only where the task benefits from it.

Is support included?

Testing and handover belong in the implementation scope. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and changes are agreed in a separate support plan with clear responsibilities.

Which model will you use?

We compare suitable models against your task, quality threshold, integration needs and operating budget. No single model is the automatic choice for every project.
