Booking a strategy call

The booking form asks for your name, work email, company, role, industry, the workflow you want to discuss and a budget band. A mobile number is optional. When a form destination is configured, the details are sent to our CRM so we can prepare for and confirm your call; otherwise the form opens a pre-filled email in your own email app and nothing is sent until you press send. We use this information to arrange and hold the call and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work. We do not add you to a marketing list.

If you tick the SMS box we may text you about that booking only: confirmation, reminders and rescheduling. Reply STOP at any time. We do not send marketing texts without separate permission.

If a calendar is embedded on the booking page it is provided by our scheduling provider and handles your booking under its own privacy terms.

Campaign information

If you arrive through a campaign link, supported campaign labels and the landing-page path are carried through internal navigation and included with any request you choose to send, so we know which message you responded to. These values are not stored in cookies or browser storage.

Website audit

When you submit the website audit, our server fetches the public page you provide and analyses its HTML. Query strings and fragments are removed. We do not save fetched pages or audit reports to a database; results remain in your browser until you leave. A short-lived, salted hash of the request IP is kept in server memory for up to one minute to limit abuse.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. It uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, provided by our hosting company. Both are cookieless: they record aggregate page views, clicks on key buttons and page loading performance without setting cookies and without identifying you.

Google Analytics 4 loads only if you choose "Allow analytics" in the banner. If you allow it, Google sets analytics cookies and receives usage data. If you decline, it never loads. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.

Our hosting provider processes technical request information needed to operate and secure the site and may retain operational logs under its own retention policy.

Preview homepages we make for businesses

We sometimes build a preview of a new homepage for a particular business and send that business the link. When someone opens a preview, we record that it was viewed and a few basic interactions, such as how far the page was scrolled and which buttons were clicked. These records are linked to the business the preview was made for, so we know when it is a good moment to follow up.

Previews set no cookies and we do not store IP addresses. Your browser keeps a random code in its session storage for the visit, which disappears when you close the tab. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we record nothing. We delete a preview once our follow-up ends, or sooner if you ask us to.

Calls

If you book a time from a preview, the booking page asks for your name, email address and, if you choose, a phone number and a note. We use these to arrange the call and to email you a calendar invite.

We may record and transcribe sales calls so our notes are accurate and we can follow up properly. We keep recordings for a limited period and then delete them. You can ask us not to record, before or during the call.

These providers process information on our behalf to run the services above:

• Deepgram, for transcription.
• Google, for calendars, Google Meet and email.
• Anthropic, for AI-assisted notes and drafts.
• Supabase, for our database.
• Vercel, for hosting this website and its analytics, as described above.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@onlinewith.ai. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, where you become a client, for the duration of the engagement and the period required by law.
