Your information

Privacy, clearly.

How this version of the Online With AI website handles the information you enter.

The project brief on this website is prepared in your browser. It is not submitted to a database or sent to Online With AI automatically.

Information in your brief

The form asks for your name, email, business details and project preferences. These details are used to create a brief on the page. You can copy it, download it to your device or, when an email destination is configured, choose to open it in your own email app and send it.

Refreshing or closing the page clears the form state held by this website. Your browser may independently offer autofill or restore form fields according to your own browser settings. A file you choose to download remains on your device until you remove it.

Campaign information

If you arrive through a campaign link, the page carries supported campaign labels and the landing-page path through internal navigation and includes them in a brief you choose to share. When you submit the website audit, our server fetches the public page you provide and analyses its HTML. Query strings and fragments are removed. We do not save fetched pages or audit reports to a database; results remain in your browser until you leave. A short-lived, salted hash of the request IP is kept in server memory for up to one minute to limit abuse. The hosting provider may retain request metadata and operational logs under its own retention policy. The audit does not submit your enquiry or contact you. This version does not store these values in cookies or browser storage. It exposes local interaction events for future measurement, without sending them to an analytics provider.

Cookies and external services

This site does not install advertising pixels, analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Its hosting provider may process technical request information needed to operate and secure the site. A private preview may also use the hosting platform’s sign-in controls.

If you follow an external link, open an email application or use an external booking service, that service handles information under its own terms and privacy information.

Public launch

This is the privacy information for the current preview. A public launch that introduces an enquiry endpoint, analytics, advertising tracking or a booking integration requires this notice to be updated for those services, including the business’s contact details and applicable retention arrangements.
