A useful AI-search strategy starts with information a person can understand and verify. It should strengthen your website, not fill it with special files, artificial mentions or claims about guaranteed recommendations.

First, check access and eligibility

Google’s current generative-AI guidance connects eligibility to ordinary Search requirements and the site’s Search Console inclusion setting. It also points website owners to its generative-AI performance reporting. Review the current controls in the verified property rather than assuming an old setup still covers every feature.

Check production pages rather than just a local preview. A password screen, accidental noindex tag or inaccessible resource can undermine an otherwise strong page. Test the exact canonical URL and verify that the important content is available to an unauthenticated visitor.

Make the company unambiguous

Use a consistent company name, website and relationship to any parent business. Explain what the company does, whom it serves and how someone can contact it. Avoid presenting the same organisation as several slightly different entities across the homepage, About page and structured data.

For Online With AI, that means onlinewith.ai is the website, and Online With AI is an SLP Media Ltd brand. An outreach domain should not become a second competing website identity simply because messages are sent from it.

Publish material that helps someone decide

Consider the questions a serious prospect asks before buying: what will be delivered, which systems can be connected, who approves important actions and how success will be evaluated? Answers become more useful when they include constraints and concrete examples.

A well-explained workflow is stronger than an unsupported promise of efficiency. An honest case study is stronger than an invented percentage. If you do not yet have approved client data, publish a clearly labelled example or a detailed explanation of the method instead of pretending that research exists.

Use structure to describe the visible page

Keep titles, headings, links and canonical URLs consistent with the page’s purpose. Use relevant structured data when it accurately describes the visible content. A markup block is not a substitute for a clear service page, and it should not contain hidden claims the visitor cannot verify.

Google’s guidance does not support special AI text files or manufactured mentions as a shortcut. The practical priority is a maintained body of original, useful material that is easy to navigate. If two pages answer the same question, make their roles distinct or consolidate them.

Keep the measurement honest

Track available search reporting, referral traffic and business outcomes. Keep manual AI-answer checks dated and contextual. A citation is not a lead, and a lead is not revenue. The reporting should make those stages visible rather than compressing them into one impressive-looking chart.

Ask for evidence at the level a supplier claims to influence. Technical work can demonstrate resolved access issues. Content work can show what was published and how it performs. Nobody can promise that an independent AI system will always recommend a particular company.

Use the Online With AI website audit for a first look at response-HTML foundations. It does not test search rankings, account settings or actual AI recommendations. Those need a broader search visibility review.
