How it works

Discover, design, build, launch.

Every project follows the same shape whether it is a website, a lead system or a company-wide AI implementation. Here is what happens at each stage, what we need from you and where the decisions sit.

The process

Four stages, every project.

Written scope before build, tested before launch, a named owner on your side and ours.

  1. Discover

A strategy call or the AI roadmap questionnaire. We map how demand arrives, how it is handled and where it is lost.

    • Your acquisition channels, lead handling and current tools, as they really run
    • The bottlenecks that cost the most time, enquiries or revenue
    • What to build first, and what to leave alone
  2. Design

A written architecture before anything is built: the systems, the data flows, the approvals and the order of delivery.

    • Scope, deliverables and a fixed implementation price in a proposal
    • Tools and models chosen around your requirements, not ours
    • Review points wherever a decision matters
  3. Build and connect

We build away from your live accounts, test against real examples and connect to the CRM, inbox, calendar and channels you already use.

    • Nothing touches live systems until you have signed it off
    • Tested on real enquiries, briefs and documents from your business
    • Integrations documented so they are yours
  4. Launch and support

A controlled rollout with the people who will use it every day, training, and reporting on what the system handles.

    • Go live with one team or channel, then widen it
    • Handover documentation and training in the tools they already open
    • Optional ongoing support, management or optimisation, quoted separately

The first step

What happens on the strategy call

Thirty minutes with the person who would scope and build the work. No slides, no obligation.

  1. We look at how business arrives and moves

Your channels, your enquiry handling, your CRM and where things stall. You talk, we ask questions.

  2. We agree what would pay for itself first

Not everything is worth building. We say which part of the system has the clearest return and what it depends on.

  3. We outline scope and a starting price

If it makes sense, you get a written proposal with deliverables, price and timeline. You decide in your own time.

Your side

What we need from you

A working system needs a few things from your side. None of them are technical.

  • A named owner who can answer questions and sign off decisions
  • Access to the tools, accounts and documents the work touches
  • Around an hour a week during design and build
  • A willingness to launch with one team or channel before rolling out everywhere

What stays human, and how your data is handled

  • People make every consequential decision: valuations, candidate choices, pricing, contracts and legal advice
  • Systems show their sources and flag missing information instead of guessing
  • Anything uncertain is sent for review, not sent out
  • Your data stays in your systems and in environments isolated to your business
  • You sign off review points before a system goes anywhere near live work

Good questions

Before you book.

How long does a project take?

A website or a lead system is usually weeks. A full digital and AI transformation is delivered in phases over months, with the first phase live before the next starts. The proposal sets the timeline.

Who owns what is built?

You do. Accounts sit in your name where the platform allows it, integrations are documented, and handover includes everything needed to run or extend the system without us.

Do we have to take ongoing management?

No. Implementation fees stand on their own. Where ongoing advertising management, SEO, support or AI operations would genuinely help, we quote a retainer separately and you decide.

Which tools can you work with?

We build with OpenAI, Anthropic and Google models, n8n and custom integrations, Google and Meta advertising, and we connect to the CRM, inbox, calendar and portals you already run. Nothing is locked to a platform of ours.

What if we only need one part?

That is normal. Many projects start with the website, the lead infrastructure or one AI system, and expand once the first part is working.

Do we need technical staff?

No. We need a named owner, access to the relevant tools and about an hour a week. We handle the build, the testing and the integrations.

Get your AI roadmap first.

Nine questions about your business, tools and bottlenecks. We reply with a written roadmap: what to build first, what to leave alone, and roughly what it costs.
