OnlineWith.ai × SuperIntern

Built by OnlineWith.ai. Powered by SuperIntern.

OnlineWith.ai works in partnership with SuperIntern. We design and build the websites, acquisition and automation. SuperIntern provides the AI agent technology, and the engineering, product and design team behind it, that power the AI layer of our systems.

In partnership with SuperIntern

  • AI customer service agents and AI web agents for your website and messaging channels
  • An AI assistant for the people who answer your enquiries
  • A wider engineering, product and design team behind the technology

The partnership

What each company brings.

A converting website and a capable AI agent are different crafts. The partnership puts both into one plan, with one team accountable for the result.

OnlineWith.ai

Strategy, build and growth.

We own the brief, the design, the build and the client relationship. The system is planned around how your business actually wins and handles enquiries.

  • Strategy, scoping and conversion architecture
  • Website design, UX and development
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and AI search
  • CRM, lead routing and automation
  • Integration, launch and measurement

SuperIntern

AI agents, and the team that builds them.

SuperIntern provides the agent technology: AI that answers customers from your own information, acts inside connected systems and hands over to a person with the context attached.

  • AI agent for website chat and messaging channels
  • Answers from your documents, policies and history
  • Handover to your team with the conversation attached
  • API, webhooks and Model Context Protocol for custom tools
  • Engineering, product and design expertise behind the platform

Working together

A partnership that runs in both directions.

The two companies collaborate on client delivery. Which way the work flows depends on what the business needs first.

01

When our clients need AI agents

An OnlineWith.ai client that needs AI customer service or a sales agent on its website gets SuperIntern's technology, configured and connected by us.

02

When their customers need the website

A SuperIntern customer that needs a website, conversion architecture or acquisition built around the agent gets OnlineWith.ai's design, build and growth work.

03

When a project needs more depth

On larger engagements, SuperIntern's engineers, product people and designers can be brought in where the work calls for it.

The team

The people behind the combined capability.

Strategy, scope and the client relationship sit with OnlineWith.ai's founders. The AI agent technology, and the engineering, product and design depth behind it, come from SuperIntern.

Why this technology

Why we build with SuperIntern.

We choose technology the way we would for our own business: it has to work where staff already work, keep a person in control, and come from a team and a company we can check.

The technology

It works where your team already is

Email, calendar, WhatsApp, Telegram and Discord, with Slack in beta. Nobody learns a new inbox, which is why it gets used.

Sourcesuperintern.ai

A person stays in control

SuperIntern describes its own default plainly: it drafts replies but never sends without approval. Auto-send exists only inside rules you set.

Sourcesuperintern.ai

We can extend it

A public API and support for the Model Context Protocol let us connect tools we build for a client: a property lookup, a candidate record, a CRM task. The API sits on SuperIntern's higher plans, so the plan is part of the scope.

Sourcedocs.superintern.ai

It remembers the client

Long-term memory, daily notes and project data persist between conversations, so context is not retyped every morning.

Sourcedocs.superintern.ai

Who is behind it

The team

SuperIntern says it is built by former leads from Google, Meta, DeepMind and Yahoo, a team that has spent its careers shipping products at that scale.

Sourcesuperintern.ai

The company

Operated by Houly Ltd, trading as Ammo AI, a London software company registered in England and Wales (No. 15817830). Ammo AI announced a $2.5m pre-seed round in March 2025 led by Amber Group, with Samsung Next, Dispersion Capital and Openspace Ventures.

Security

SuperIntern states SOC 2 Type I certification with Type II in progress, GDPR compliance and a CASA assessment. Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit, hosted on Google Cloud.

In production

SuperIntern states that it runs AI customer service for BNB Chain across web chat, Telegram, Discord and GitHub, and reports more than 80,000 tickets handled in a year of production, with 99% resolved without human support. It has also been Product Hunt's number one Product of the Day.

How we build with it

Where it sits in a system we build.

SuperIntern's assistant handles one person's inbox, calendar and follow-ups. It earns far more when everything around that person is connected. This is an illustration of the shape, not a client result.

  1. The enquiry is created and captured

The website, Google and Meta advertising and search visibility we build produce the enquiry. The form, portal feed or inbox captures it with its source.

  2. The CRM records and routes it

The contact, source and context are written to your CRM and assigned to the right negotiator, consultant or rep by rules you approve.

  3. SuperIntern drafts and schedules

Inside that person's own email, calendar and messaging apps it drafts the reply in their voice, offers times, books the meeting and sets the follow-ups.

  4. A person approves

Routine replies that match your rules can send automatically. Anything consequential waits as a draft for a named person.

  5. The system reports

Outcomes flow back to the CRM and reporting, so you can see which channel and which step produced the deal.

The assistant for your team

The assistant: what it actually is

The second of the two products above: a per-person assistant for your staff. The website agent is set out on the Website + AI Sales Agent page.

The assistant is assigned to one person. You name it, connect your inbox, calendar and messaging apps, and it works inside those accounts: drafting replies, scheduling meetings, taking notes and tracking follow-ups.

It is made by Houly Ltd, trading as Ammo AI, in London. We build with it; we do not own it, and its roadmap and pricing are theirs.

The assistant does a different job from the website agent described above. It does not sit on your site waiting for a visitor to type a question; it sits inside the tools your staff already use and acts on their behalf, within rules they set.

How it works

How it works, in four steps

  1. Connect your accounts

Link email, calendar and the messaging apps your team already uses. SuperIntern reads from these accounts under permissions you grant.

  2. Give it context and rules

Tell it your tone, your priorities and when it should act on its own versus wait for a person. These rules can stack: tone, who to copy, and when to send automatically.

  3. It drafts, schedules and reminds

It writes email replies, books and moves meetings, joins supported calls to take notes, and turns requests into tasks and reminders.

  4. You approve, or it sends within rules

Routine replies that match your rules can send automatically. Anything more complex is held in draft for a person to check first.

Capabilities

What the assistant can do.

Checked against the SuperIntern website and documentation. Capabilities change; the product site is the source of truth.

01

Email drafting for approval

Drafts replies in your voice, learning from the edits you make.

02

Auto-send rules

Routine replies can send automatically once you define the conditions.

03

Meeting notes and follow-ups

Joins supported calls, summarises decisions and drafts the follow-up email.

04

Calendar management

Reads your schedule and books or moves meetings on request.

05

Tasks and reminders

Turns a request or a voice note into a tracked todo or reminder.

06

Recurring tasks

Set a task once and it repeats on the schedule you choose.

07

Memory and files

Remembers past client interactions and can search up to 4,000 files and Google Sheets.

08

Messaging apps

Works inside WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord and Slack, not only email.

Connections

Business applications

Where it fits by sector.

The assistant works per person. It earns far more when the enquiries reaching that person are captured, routed and tracked by the wider system.

For negotiators answering enquiries all day

Estate agencies

Portal enquiries do not stop at 6pm. SuperIntern drafts and, within your rules, sends replies to the emails those enquiries generate, so a lead from last night has a response before your first coffee.

  • Drafts replies to portal enquiry emails in your agency's tone
  • Turns a voice note into a viewing booking or reminder
  • Routes enquiries to the right negotiator by rules you set
  • Chases applicants and vendors on a schedule you define
  • Reminds staff about rent collection and compliance dates

Where OnlineWith.ai addsWe build the site and ad funnel that generates the enquiry, the CRM that tracks the applicant, and the routing logic that decides which negotiator sees it first.

The full system for estate agencies

For consultants running candidates and clients at once

Recruitment companies

A consultant juggles candidate emails, client updates and interview diaries in parallel. SuperIntern drafts the emails, books the interviews and turns a call into action items without re-typing anything.

  • Drafts candidate and client emails in a consultant's voice
  • Schedules and reschedules interviews across multiple diaries
  • Turns meeting notes into tracked follow-up tasks
  • Keeps a candidate warm with reminders between stages
  • Works inside WhatsApp and Telegram, not only email

Where OnlineWith.ai addsWe build the pipeline that captures the brief and the candidate, the CRM stages around it, and any custom agent work SuperIntern does not cover.

The full system for recruitment companies

For reps chasing every follow-up that matters

Sales organisations

Most deals stall on follow-up, not on the pitch. SuperIntern summarises the meeting, drafts the next email and keeps reminding a rep until the cadence is done.

  • Summarises calls and drafts the follow-up email
  • Keeps a follow-up cadence running on a schedule
  • Turns a meeting decision into a tracked task
  • Manages calendar invites and reschedules for the rep
  • Reminds reps of open action items before they slip

Where OnlineWith.ai addsWe build the acquisition system that fills the pipeline, the CRM that scores and routes leads, and the reporting that shows what is actually converting.

The full system for sales organisations

For teams answering the same questions daily

Customer support teams

SuperIntern's support framework answers from your documentation and past resolutions, acts inside connected systems to check or update information, and escalates to a person with full context when it cannot resolve something.

  • Answers from documentation, policies and support history
  • Checks and updates records inside connected systems
  • Escalates unresolved queries to a person with context
  • Adds new resolutions back into the knowledge base
  • Covers website, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack and Discord

Where OnlineWith.ai addsWe connect it to your internal systems and CRM, build any custom workflow it needs, and design the reporting that tracks resolution quality.

Security

Security and data handling

These are the certifications and safeguards SuperIntern states on its own security page, checked on 16 September 2026.

  • SOC 2 Type I (Type II in progress)
  • GDPR
  • CASA assessed
  • AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit
  • Hosted on Google Cloud
  • Retention: chat history and cached platform data may be removed after 90 days

Honest limits

What it does not do

  • The assistant is per-person, and it is not a CRM. It does not replace your pipeline or client database.
  • No team or admin tier is confirmed, so rolling it out to a group means setting each person up individually.
  • No phone or voice calling is confirmed. It works in email, calendar and messaging apps.
  • SuperIntern does not publish named portal or CRM connectors for estate agency or recruitment systems. We scope that integration ourselves, through its API, webhooks or a connector we build, and confirm the route and the plan it needs before a proposal is signed.
  • Usage runs on monthly credits and email quotas, so heavy senders should check current limits before relying on it.

Two paths

Have us build it in, or use the assistant on its own.

Most businesses we work with want the website, acquisition, lead infrastructure and AI agents designed together. Some just want the assistant for one person. Both are fine.

Path one

Have us build it into your system

SuperIntern's assistant handles one person's inbox and calendar. We build everything around it: the website and ads that generate the enquiry, the CRM that tracks it, and custom agents for what SuperIntern does not cover.

  • Lead capture and routing built for your business
  • CRM and pipeline design, not a generic template
  • Custom AI agents where an off-the-shelf tool stops

Path two

Use SuperIntern on its own

Sign up directly and put an AI intern to work in one inbox. Good for a single person or a small team who want to move today.

  • Live in minutes once your accounts are connected
  • Free trial, then plans start from $30 a month
  • You control the rules for drafting and auto-send

Good questions

Before you decide.

What is OnlineWith.ai's relationship with SuperIntern?

We work in partnership. OnlineWith.ai designs and builds the websites, acquisition and automation; SuperIntern provides the AI agent technology and technical expertise behind the AI layer, and the two companies collaborate on client delivery. SuperIntern is a separate company, made and run by Houly Ltd. The partnership is commercial, which our partnership disclosure sets out.

Does it send emails on its own?

Only within rules you set. Routine replies matching your conditions can auto-send; anything more complex is held as a draft for a person to check.

What does it cost?

Plans start from $30 a month with a free trial. Check current pricing on superintern.ai, since usage runs on monthly credits and email quotas.

Is my data safe?

SuperIntern states SOC 2 Type I certification (Type II in progress), GDPR compliance, CASA assessment, AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit, hosted on Google Cloud. Review its data processing agreement yourself before rollout.

Does it replace a CRM?

No. It is a per-person assistant for inbox, calendar and messaging, not a client database or pipeline. Most businesses still need a CRM alongside it.

Can OnlineWith.ai set it up for us?

We can guide connection and rule setup, and we build the acquisition, CRM and custom agent work around it. The SuperIntern account and its terms sit directly between you and Houly Ltd.
