For sales organisations

Every lead worked, every deal followed up

We build the system that captures inbound leads from your website and campaigns, qualifies them, books the first call and keeps every deal moving through the pipeline until a rep needs to step in. Your reps sell. The system does the admin.

Call endsA rep finishes a discovery call. The recording transcript and their rough notes land in the shared inbox.
  2. AI
Notes become a draft updateThe system pulls budget, decision-maker, timing, objections and the agreed next step into the CRM deal fields. It flags what the call did not cover.
  3. You
Rep approvesThe rep checks the draft on their phone between calls, corrects one field and approves.
  4. CRM
CRM is updatedThe deal stage moves, the fields populate and a task with a due date is created for the agreed next step.
  5. AI
Follow-up draftedA follow-up email restating the agreed next steps is drafted and sits in the rep's drafts folder for approval.

Overdue task flaggedIf the task passes its due date with no activity, sales ops sees the deal flagged in the weekly pipeline report.

Sound familiar?

Where sales businesses lose enquiries and time.

Founders and sales operations leads of B2B sales organisations with 10 to 100 staff

  1. The Friday afternoon enquiry

A form fill lands in the shared inbox at the end of the week. Nobody triages it until Monday. By then the prospect has booked a demo with a competitor who replied within the hour.

  2. The call notes that never reach the CRM

A rep finishes a strong discovery call and goes straight into the next one. The budget, the decision-maker and the agreed next step stay in a notebook. By Friday the deal still says the same stage with an empty next-step field.

  3. Every lead treated the same

A prospect with budget and a live decision to make sits in the same queue as someone filling in a form out of curiosity, so reps spend time on the wrong conversations first.

  4. Overdue follow-ups nobody owns

The CRM shows a long list of overdue activities and everyone assumes someone else is on it. Warm deals go cold because the follow-up sat behind today's calls.

  5. The proposal that waits

The prospect asked for a proposal on the call. The template needs pricing from the founder, wording from the last similar deal and a scope paragraph nobody has time to write. It goes out late.

  6. Nobody can say which channel produced the pipeline

Spend goes into paid search, social and content, but when a deal closes nobody can say with confidence what actually started the conversation.

The connected system

One system from first click to closed deal

Each part does one job well and hands off to the next automatically, so a lead never sits in an inbox waiting for someone to notice it.

  1. Website

A site built to convert visitors into a booked call or a qualified enquiry, not just a contact form nobody chases.

  2. Advertising

Google and Meta campaigns aimed at buyers actively searching or ready to compare, feeding the same lead infrastructure as inbound and outbound.

  3. Lead infrastructure

Website enquiries, form fills and campaign leads land in one place instead of a shared inbox, tagged by source, size and intent.

  4. AI

Turns call notes and transcripts into structured CRM updates, and drafts follow-up emails and proposal first drafts from approved sources.

  5. Automated follow-up

A lead that arrives out of hours or goes quiet gets a drafted follow-up on a schedule, instead of waiting for a rep to notice.

  6. Qualification

Inbound enquiries are asked what actually matters, budget, timing, decision-maker, so a rep opens a qualified conversation, not a cold contact form. AI SDR-style outreach is used only where a defined, low-risk sequence genuinely fits; it is not a substitute for a rep on anything that needs judgement.

  7. Booking

Qualified leads get the first call booked straight into the right rep's calendar, with confirmations and reminders sent automatically.

  8. Nurturing

Deals that stall and leads that are not ready yet are worked on a schedule, so the pipeline keeps moving instead of going quiet.

  9. Reporting

Every lead and deal is tagged to its source, so sales ops sees pipeline hygiene and channel performance without building a spreadsheet.

What we build

Systems we design for this sector.

01

Call-to-CRM update

Call recordings, transcripts and rep notes become structured deal updates in your CRM. The rep approves, the system writes the fields and creates the next-step task.

OutcomeCalls end with a complete deal record and a dated next step.

02

Inbound qualification and booking

Website forms and inbox enquiries get a prompt reply, a short qualification exchange and a booked call in the right rep's calendar. Poor-fit enquiries get a polite reply and a useful link instead of a sales slot.

OutcomeInbound enquiries get a reply and the right rep owns them.

03

Proposal first draft

The system drafts a proposal from your approved service descriptions, pricing rules and the deal record. The founder or sales lead approves pricing and wording before it leaves the building.

OutcomeProposals go out while the conversation is still warm.

04

Stalled-deal chaser

Deals with no activity past their next-step date get a drafted check-in for the rep and a flag for sales ops. Deals that stay quiet after that go to the sales lead for a keep-or-close decision, not left to rot.

OutcomeWarm deals get chased before they go cold.

What changes

What your team gets back.

Reps sell, admin happens

Your reps spend the gap between calls approving a draft, not typing up the last one. CRM admin stops competing with selling time.

The CRM says what the call said

Deal stages, next steps and close dates reflect what was actually said on the call. Forecasts stop depending on who remembered to update what.

Proposals without the founder bottleneck

The first draft is ready when the call ends. The founder reviews pricing and signs off instead of writing from scratch at ten at night.

Sales ops sees the pipeline as it is

Stalled deals, overdue tasks and missing fields land on the sales ops desk every week. Problems get a name and an owner.

Investment

Scoped to your pipeline, not a fixed price list

Every project is scoped to the pipeline, CRM and volume you actually run. A first implementation often starts with one part of the system, usually lead infrastructure or the call-to-CRM workflow, and expands once it proves itself. Pricing is an implementation fee for the build, plus optional ongoing support quoted separately once scope is agreed on the strategy call.

What stays human

Your reps and founders keep every commercial decision. The system never sets a price, offers a discount, changes contract terms or sends a message without a named person approving it. It shows which call, document or CRM record each draft came from. When something is missing it asks, rather than filling the gap, and any AI-driven outreach runs only on rules your team has set and can switch off.

What you get on the call

  • A 30-minute conversation with the person who would scope and build your system.
  • Your acquisition, lead handling and AI opportunities mapped against how the business runs today.
  • A straight answer on fit, scope and starting price. If it is not right for you, we say so.

Good questions

What sales leaders ask us.

Will this work with our CRM set-up?

We work with the CRM, pipelines and custom fields you already have rather than asking you to change them. Where your CRM supports it, approved outputs are written directly to agreed fields, tested for duplicates and validation before writes are switched on. We confirm the exact connection on the strategy call.

Where does our customer and pipeline data go?

It stays yours and it stays isolated. Each client runs in its own environment, and the system only reads the records and documents you grant access to. Nothing is shared between clients, and we agree data access and retention in writing before the build starts.

Our reps hate CRM admin. Will they actually use this?

That is the point. The system does the typing and the rep approves in a few taps, usually from their phone between calls. We design the approval step with your reps during the build, launch with the people who will use it, then track adoption and fix whatever reps skip.

What stays with our people?

Every commercial decision. Pricing, discounts, contract terms, what goes in a proposal and whether a message is sent are all approved by a named person. The system drafts, sorts, flags and updates. It does not negotiate on your behalf.

How are projects priced?

Each project is scoped on the strategy call around what your pipeline actually needs, then quoted as an implementation fee with optional ongoing support. There is no fixed menu of prices to pick from; the proposal sets out exactly what is included.

How much of our time does the build need, and how soon does it launch?

One named process owner, usually the founder or head of sales ops, for around an hour a week during the build. We also need access to the CRM, your proposal templates and a handful of real call recordings to test against. A first phase is typically the fastest to launch, with the rest of the system connecting in afterwards.
